He has worked extensively and provided leadership at the middle and senior levels in Government of India & in the state of Rajasthan across departments e.g. National Highways, Medical & Health, Home, Information Technology, Finance, Commercial Taxes, Urban Infrastructure Development, Road Transport, Rural Development, Culture and Information & Public Relations. He led the government initiative of reviving Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in National Highways via key policy interventions like the Hybrid Annuity Model through appropriate risk allocation among the public and private partners. He also successfully led the initiative of asset recycling of public funded national highways (Toll Operate Transfer Model) that resulted in one of the largest FDI in the highways sector amounting to USD 1.5 billion, one of the first successful asset monetization in India. As Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Medical, Health & Family Welfare in Rajasthan, during the first wave of Covid-19 in the year 2020, he developed and deployed the Bhilwara Model of “ruthless containment” to successfully manage the Covid upsurge in the rural and urban hot spots across Rajasthan.

Subbu, as he is commonly known as, started his career with Tata Tea in 1988 and worked for over 7 years. After a brief stint at Apollo Hospitals in 1995, he joined Reliance Industries as Vice President Accounts where he served for over 16 years handling Finance, Compliance and Accounting functions.
After a brief period in 2013, when he was with Bajaj Auto as Senior Vice President Finance, Subbu rejoined Reliance Industries and took the position of Deputy CFO at Reliance Jio Infocomm.
In 2016, Subbu moved to Reliance Retail as the CFO and was soon elevated to the role of Managing Director. In his current position, Subbu is responsible for managing day to day operations of the retail business, driving growth and profitability. Under his leadership, Reliance Retail has emerged as the largest and most profitable retailer in the country and the only Indian retailer to feature in the list of top 100 global retailers. Shri Manoj Kumar was a member of the Indian Administrative Service (Kerala Cadre:1987). He has administrative experience spanning 34 years which includes several years in the food and logistics sectors.
Among other assignments, he worked as General Manager Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation and as Transport Secretary and Food Secretary in the Government of Kerala. During his Central Deputation in Government of India he was also Joint Secretary in Department of Food and Public Distribution where he looked after the Impex, FCI and Food Policy Divisions.
Shri Manoj Kumar joined WDRA in September, 2017 and worked as Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary and Special Secretary in succession. After retirement, he was appointed as Chairperson, WDRA in November, 2021.

With over 19 years of professional experience, Arupendra Nath Mullick leads inter-disciplinary research teams to undertake varied initiatives pertaining to sustainable development and climate change for Indian businesses. His role extends beyond project management and includes knowledge sharing, networking and communications. As the Vice-President of TERI Council for Business Sustainability, Mr Mullick develops sustainability roadmaps and steer CXO level engagements for Fortune 500 companies to articulate the business case of sustainability. Mr Mullick has led creation of multi-stakeholder coalitions on energy transitions, net-zero emissions and business action on climate change. He has steered several business-policy interface engagements, including representation at United Nations annual conference under Kyoto Protocol, Paris Agreement, Convention on Biological Diversity and Convention to Combat Desertification. He has spent the last 16 years with P&G across multiple geographies, leading transformational projects and delivering outstanding results for several important P&G businesses. In his previous role, Mr. Kamath was the Regional CFO of the Fabric and Home Care Business Unit for the Asia-Pacific region based in Singapore, and prior to that he was CFO of P&G’s Australia/New Zealand business. He has also served two years as the Finance Director for Sales & Logistics for P&G Indonesia.
Before joining P&G, Gautam has worked in a diverse range of industries and roles spanning retail banking, consulting (tax/regulatory), software and renal healthcare.

In his role, Nitin is responsible for a combination of Sales and marketing, Category management, Product development, and Operations to ensure that every brand is aligned with the company’s short and long-term vision. He is also accountable for optimising resource allocation and leading the organisation to stay one step ahead of the competition.
Nitin is a serial entrepreneur with close to 15 years of all-inclusive experience and extensive knowledge of the global entrepreneurial ecosystem and marketing. He completed his B.Tech from Jaypee Institute of Information and Technology, Noida and then went on to pursue MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Before completing his MBA, he worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at Genpact. In May 2011, he started working at Ashok Leyland as Senior Brand Manager and was part of a Hinduja Leadership program. Later he joined ShopClues as AVP & Head of Marketing and continued his stint as VP Marketing at Hotstar. Before co-founding UpScalio, he served in Marketing & Digital Business executive roles at SARVA-Yoga and Purplle.com. His deep expertise in marketing and growth have proved invaluable for the growth plans of UpScalio.
Before UpScalio, Nitin also co-founded Health Raga, a startup focused on providing organic nutritional solutions for lifestyle disorders such as Diabetes. Through UpScalio, he aspires to offer insights and essential assistance to grow tremendously in the current scenario. He is also determined to support startup founders and entrepreneurs via financial channels.

After working professionally for a few years, his passion to continue to innovate with food led to the founding of Veeba in 2013. With a vision to create a world of food experiences that are delicious and ‘better-for-you, Viraj envisions leveraging food innovation and R&D to cater to the changing palate of Indians today.

In her new role, Sukhleen will be responsible for creating a strategic road map for leading digital first brands, integrating and scaling the recent acquisitions and leveraging the Unique digital ecosystem including content, creator and community for building strong FMCG/Beauty brands.
Sukhleen brings with her nearly two decades of FMCG and beauty experience and in her most recent role was responsible for leading the marketing operations for Reckitt’s Hygiene portfolio across South Asia.
Sukhleen has been a force behind various award-winning campaigns for Reckitt while focused on delivering strong business results. Noteworthy amongst these are Cannes and Effies for Durex & Harpic aside from pioneering the Purpose Program for Harpic with Mission Paani
Sukhleen has successfully managed diverse multi-cultural teams in both Marketing ops and Global innovations in Reckitt Benckiser, Hindustan Lever and L’Oréal Paris leading brands like Lakme, Loreal and Dettol. Sukhleen has been a strong people leader instrumental in leading and mentoring diverse multi-cultural talent.
Sukhleen has been recognized with the ‘ET 40 Under 40’, ‘Impact Top 50 most influential women in business 2019’, and APAC ‘s Top 50 Marketers in APAC and will now be at the helm of creating strong and iconic Digital First Brands.
