Digitisation is a pervasive reality. Technology has enabled new tenets in businesses and social media has emerged as the most powerful expression, source of information and inspiration today. As a result, personalization and customer centricity have taken centre stage. Analytics and AI powered tools will further empower brands to build direct customer relationships and in turn personalize product and marketing efforts.
